How do I delete or cancel my account?

You can delete your account using the following platforms:

From Android: 

1. Open My Welly Android App
2. Go to Account  >> Settings >> Delete Account

From IOS: 

1. Open My Welly IOS App
2. Go to Account  >> Settings >> Delete Account

Please note if you delete your account it cannot be recovered.  Please also note it may also take our outbound email system up to 72 hours to remove you from our email rotation.
